Barbara is originally from Topeka, KS, and has called Overland Park, KS home for the last 11 years. What drew her to Minds Matter was the company's mission and the incredible people who work there. Before joining the team, Barbara connected with several team members on LinkedIn and was impressed by their passion for consumers, each other, and the community. Taking a leap of faith, she decided to join the team. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field and 15 years in Human Resources, Barbara enjoys being a resource to people.

She loves to travel, is an avid reader who always has a good candle nearby, and values spending time with her family. Daily devotions with coffee or tea are a cherished part of her routine.
