Helpers, Inc. provides exceptional service statewide to Kansas consumers who choose to self-direct their services thru the HCSBS Medicaid Waiver program. Helpers, Inc. is a Financial Management Service (FMS) that serves individuals on the following Medicaid Waivers:
• Brain Injury (BI)
• Frail Elderly (FE)
• Developmental Disability (DD)
• Physical Disability (PD)
• Technology Assisted (TA)
Through self-direction, consumers are able to choose and hire their own caregivers and manage their care in their own homes, ultimately improving quality of life.
We contract with each of the Managed Care Organizations in the state to bill Medicaid HCBS services. These include:

• United Healthcare
